Policies & procedures

Give everyday decisions a clearer foundation.

Policies are most useful when they connect with the work people actually do. Whether you need a single document reviewed or a broader development project, begin by defining the purpose and scope.

Purpose. Scope. Partnership.
01 / Define the work

Choose the scale of the work

An individual policy or procedure starts at $300 each. Policy and procedure review and assessment is listed at $1,500. Complete policy and procedure development starts at $7,500. These are distinct service options; confirm the number and type of documents, source material, and expected deliverables before treating a listed price as a project quote.

02 / Define the work

Connect documents with practice

A project can begin by discussing current materials, the organization’s services, and the processes the documents need to describe. From there, agree on priorities, drafting or review responsibilities, revisions, and handoff. If implementation or staff training is needed, make that part of the scope rather than assuming it is included.

Clear expectations before work starts

Final pricing may vary with scope, complexity, length, and customization. Policy work does not guarantee a regulatory or accreditation outcome.

Questions about policies & procedures

A little clarity
before you begin.

Can you review what we already have?

Policy and procedure review and assessment is a listed service. Discuss your existing materials and the boundaries of the review before starting.

Does complete development include unlimited documents?

Do not assume an unlimited package. The scope, deliverables, revisions, and fees must be agreed in writing.

Can staff training follow a policy project?

Training can be discussed as a related service. Confirm its content, format, and separate or combined pricing in the agreement.
